About the Role

Do you love bringing stories to life through social media and content? Are you excited about capturing the energy of motorcycle rallies, open ride-outs, and the unique lifestyle of Harley-Davidson riders?

We are looking for a Content & Social Media Officer (Volunteer) to help showcase the spirit of the H.O.G. Benelux & Nordics community. Our region represents over 12.000 members, with 28 Chapters across the Nordics and 23 Chapters in the Benelux.

Together, we host some of the most exciting events, from national rallies in the Nordics to more local H.O.G. events and open ride-outs in the Benelux region.


As our Content & Social Media Officer, you will play a key role in sharing this vibrant community with the world. You’ll capture great photos and videos, tell engaging stories, and make sure our members — and potential new ones — see the passion and excitement of being part of H.O.G.


Main Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos at H.O.G. events and rallies.

  • Create and manage engaging content for our social media channels (Instagram,

  • Facebook, local H.O.G. websites).

  • Work with the H.O.G. National Officers team, H.O.G. Assistant Managers and local

  • Chapters to highlight activities across the region.

  • Support Chapters who want to grow or improve their social media presence.

  • Provide live social media coverage at key events and rallies.

  • Contribute to workshops and presentations, sharing your knowledge and passion.


Desired Qualities & Experience

  • A H.O.G. membership is required. What really matters is your excitement to dive into our community, meet passionate riders, and live the lifestyle alongside them.

  • Confident and creative in working with social media (Instagram & Facebook).

  • Skilled in photography and/or videography, with basic editing abilities.

  • A storyteller at heart: enthusiastic, creative, and strong communication skills.

  • Enjoys attending events and rallies, and travel within the region.

  • Have an active presence on social media.

  • Have own photography and/or film equipment.

  • Experience with websites and content management is an advantage.

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (written & spoken); additional

  • languages (Dutch, French or Scandinavian) are a strong asset.


Important to Note

If you are interested in this position, please keep in mind the following:

  • You have to be a resident of one of the 7 countries in the region.

  • A minimum commitment of 12 months is required.

  • No conflict of interest with any Chapter responsibilities.

  • You represent H.O.G. at all times in an ambassador role.

  • Work independently while collaborating closely with National Communications Officer Bart Brys for guidance and support when needed, and operate under the leadership of Consumer Experience Manager Benelux, Anna Marie Deary

  • Volunteers cannot enter into decisions or contractual agreements on behalf of H.O.G. or Harley-Davidson.

  • A travel budget will be available to cover fuel and overnight stays (receipts required).

National Officers should also demonstrate: reliability, trustworthiness, respect,

discretion, and excellent English skills.
